Furman; Matsatsantsa will be ready for a fight

SuperSport United’s captain Dean Furman says that his team will have to be at their best if they want to break down the Highlands Park in the MTN 8 final. The MTN 8 final will be played on Saturday, at the Orlando Stadium. In case you miss the game, you can always see the Absa Premier League Results on Soccer 10.

The Lions of the North have yet to concede a goal in the tournament. Even though Matsatsantsa will be the firm favourites to win the trophy Dean Fuhrman knows how difficult the task will be. So accordingly to this enthusiasm, we can all expect a great game on Saturday.

Furman is going for the win

The SuperSport skipper gave his statement; “Highlands Park is in the final rightfully. It would be a complete lack of respect if we would undermine them. They have a very effective way of attacking and a tough defence, which we all need to think about and see how to deal with it.”

Highlands Park might be a dangerous opponent and have good players but SuperSport United’s coach does not lose his hope. Furman says he will keep up the fight and his team will be ready no matter what. SuperSport is in a tough position and they need to look to avoid losing in two consecutive Mtn 8 finals. Last season, they came up short against Cape Town City.

Dean Furman said that just getting to the finals is of no use, they need to win it. Out of six finals they played, they won only in 3 of them so they are looking to improve their win ratio. “We don’t need any more motivation as lifting that trophy will be enough. It was very disappointing to lose the final last year and we are working our way to fix that.
