Dembele is out for six months

Ousmane Dembele will miss the next six months, it has been confirmed after he had an operation of the last lodge of his right leg. He had this operation in Finland. The same injury caused him to miss a lot of games before two seasons, only then he had an operation on the left leg.

At first, it was speculated that Dembele would be out of the field for about four months, but fresh news is not so good. He will be out for six months. That means only two things, Barcelona needs to find a striker and Dembele will miss the upcoming Euro 2020.

The Barcelona will buy Dembele replacement via a special clause

In the next 72 hours, the Football Federation of Spain will approve Barcelona’s request to bring one player due to the injury crisis, even though the transfer period is over and player registration deadlines.

There is only one condition, Barcelona can bring a player from another La Liga club or this player need to be without a club. They will get approval when medical record arrives from Finland where Dembele is operated. This will prove that his injury is serious.

There is a couple of players which Barcelona wants to bring. One of the players is Willian Jose and Alaves’ Lucas Perez from Real Sociedad, but their club will not let them go for such a low compensation. Also, they are thinking about Loren Moron from Betis, but coach Setien is not for him, because this striker didn’t trill him while he was coaching him in Sevilla.

The most obvious option is Angel Rodriguez. He is almost a veteran, but he is playing one great season in Getafe. The club will release him for 10 million euros.

Barcelona needs striker urgently because Messi and Griezmann are the only healthy first-team offensive players. Young Ansu Fati is still registered for the B team. Basically, they are missing the players along all lines. For Sunday’s match coach Setien has only 14 players from the first team on disposal.

Right now they are without Suarez, Dembele, Neto, Pique. Pique will play in the game against Getafe because he has suspension, but in this game against Getafe, they will be without Lenglet for the same reason. Setien is forced to fill his team with players from the B team, but will this bring him better Soccer10 results? We will need to wait to see.
