The PSL League president has confirmed that there will be meeting with SAFA, the South African Football Federation. This important issue will be discussed at that meeting. Khoza also said that there would be no introduction of VAR without SAFA approval. It is, however, the main organization for football in South Africa.

The league president, meanwhile, confirmed that they will have 32 teams that will receive grants under the jurisdiction of the NSL.


They would move on from next season after record highs from the 2018/2019 season. President Khoza said they had earned R1 trillion in revenue. This will be a record. Currently, 16 teams receive R2 million every month. Other teams from the 16 NFD National Divisions receive a monthly grant of 500,000.
